If you're looking to work with a friendly firm that genuinely puts clients first, this could be a great opportunity. There are no fee or billable hour targets here, so you can focus on what really matters: delivering high-quality advice and excellent service across the full range of private client work, including Wills, Powers of Attorney and Executries.
Requirements & ExperienceYou'll ideally have at least three years' experience in private client law and be someone who enjoys building strong relationships with clients, handling matters with care, empathy and professionalism.
Team & Working EnvironmentYou'll be joining a small, supportive team, working alongside three other Solicitors, with excellent admin and secretarial support. The office has a relaxed, welcoming feel, and everyone genuinely supports one another.
Flexibility & ProgressionMost client meetings are face to face, but you'll also have the option to work from home at least one day a week. There's plenty of flexibility too - whether you need to start later, finish earlier or take time off when needed. There's real scope to progress in this role, with the opportunity to move into a Legal Director position relatively quickly if that's something you'd like to work towards.
