A busy law firm is looking for a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of property transactions. You will provide specialist advice, handle matters from instruction to completion, and maintain direct client communication. This firm provides a wide range of legal services to clients across various sectors. With a strong focus on professionalism, client service, and expertise, the firm offers opportunities for solicitors to develop their skills and manage diverse and interesting caseloads.

• Sales and purchases of commercial property and land
• Commercial leases (landlord & tenant)
• Mortgages, re mortgages, and property auctions
• Option agreements and business acquisitions

• Qualified Solicitor with commercial property experience 1-3 PQE
• Strong client communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, detail oriented approach
