Aspire People are partnering with a high-expectation primary school in M40 seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support learning across KS1 and KS2.
The Role
Classroom support across year groups
Delivering targeted interventions
Supporting literacy and numeracy
Working closely with teachers to support progress
Promoting positive behaviour
Requirements
Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
Recent UK primary school experience
Confident supporting whole classes and groups
