Pay: Dependent on experience, equivalent to M1-UPS3 plus TLR 2BB

The opportunityThis is an exciting leadership opportunity for an ambitious and values driven Head of Humanities to lead and shape a high performing department across Key Stages 3 and 4.
You'll take responsibility for curriculum design, teaching and learning, assessment and standards, while inspiring and supporting a committed team of Humanities teachers. This is a pivotal middle leadership role with real scope to influence outcomes, culture and student experience.
Experience as a History specialist is desirable, but applications are welcomed from candidates across the Humanities disciplines who bring strong subject knowledge and a shared commitment to excellence and inclusion.
