Demand Planner

Location: Marlow (Hybrid)
Salary: £32,000 £35,000 (DOE)
A leading consumer goods business is seeking a highly analytical and motivated Demand Planner / Supply Planner to join its UK Operations team. This is a junior-level opportunity ideal for someone with strong data skills who wants to develop within forecasting, planning, and supply chain analytics.
The Role

• Analyse sales forecasts, highlight risks and anomalies
• Cleanse historical data to improve forecasting accuracy
• Maintain product lifecycle data (phase in/phase out)
• Update forecasts and support monthly demand reviews
• Monitor overselling/underselling SKUs weekly
• Produce regular reporting on forecast accuracy
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support to the planning team

What We re Looking For

• Strong analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail
• Experience in Demand or Supply Planning desirable, not essential
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIFS)
• SAP experience is highly advantageous
• Confident communicator across all levels
