Job Description

Our public sector client are looking for a Housing Choices Administration Support Officer to join them on a temporary basis.

Location

Whitwick Business Centre, Coalville (office-based)

Hours

18 hours per week (part-time, providing lunchtime cover)

Role Purpose

To provide administrative and customer support to the Housing Choices team, which manages approximately 4,000 council properties across North West Leicestershire.

Key Duties

  • Process invoices
  • Prepare packs for new tenancies
  • Prepare and issue standard letters
  • Scan and upload documents to electronic systems
  • Provide general administrative support as required
  • Answer customer calls and signpost enquiries appropriately

Skills and Experience

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Good IT and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and customer service skills
