Annual Salary: From 12.60 per hour
Start Date: December 22, 2025
End Date: January 16, 2026
Working Pattern: Full Time, 08.30 - 17.30
Your Role:
As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Your cheerful demeanour and professional attitude will set the tone for their experience with us. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Welcoming Visitors: Greet guests with a warm smile and assist them with inquiries.
- Managing Calls: Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Administrative Support: Provide essential clerical support, including data entry and filing.
- Coordination: Help coordinate meetings and manage reception schedules.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
