Salary: 45,000- 55,000 (DOE)

What We're Looking For

  • PhD in Chemistry or related field, plus 3+ years of industrial R&D experience.
  • Expertise in experimental design, data analysis, and chemical innovation.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced analytical techniques.
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for sustainability.

Desirable Extras

  • Knowledge of composite materials and life cycle assessment.
  • Experience with IP generation and AGILE methodologies.
