Strong understanding of digital workflows, including information validation, clash detection, and model coordination. Experience in client-facing consultancy roles, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Demonstrable ability to lead projects and mentor team members effectively. Familiarity with project management practices and an appreciation for commercial aspects of project delivery. UK passport holder with eligibility for SC security clearance. Desirable Skills & Experience: Prior experience working in environments that require digital innovation and process optimisation. Key Responsibilities Deliver and support whole-platform ("whole boat") hazard identification and analysis during design. Define, manage and track safety targets and associated safety requirements.
