Head of Sales - CNC/Manufacturing

We are a rapidly growing company looking for an ambitious Sales department Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a hunter mentality, who thrives on building new business and managing sales from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline (60% new business focus).

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and build tailored proposals and quotations.

  • Document all leads, opportunities, and customer interactions accurately.

  • Attend trade shows, and close deals.

  • Manage the team, Department and all elements of the sales process, sharing knowledge and mentoring junior staff.

  • Operate with autonomy-your day is dictated by what drives results, whether on the road or onsite.

Experience / Skills / Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development

  • CNC experience is essential.

  • 5-6 years of relevant experience; looking for someone ambitious and eager to grow with the company.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Must be commutable to Milton Keynes

  • Salary: up to 60k basic + uncapped commission.
