Job Title: Supply Teacher (Days Only)
Location: Whitefield
Salary: 140 - 240 per day (depending on experience)
Type: Supply, Flexible Days

As a Supply Teacher, you will be stepping into various classrooms and providing high-quality teaching in the absence of the regular teacher. You will have the chance to work across different year groups and subjects, allowing you to gain a diverse experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring smooth classroom management

• Providing a positive learning environment for students

• Adapting to different school settings and classroom dynamics

• Supporting students in their learning and personal development

• Following school policies and procedures

• Communicating effectively with staff and students

Key Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification

• Strong classroom management skills

• A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching

• The ability to build rapport with students quickly

• Excellent communication skills

• DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
