Experienced Teaching Assistant Reception Class (CF3)
Teaching Personnel Cardiff

Are you experienced in Early Years and looking for a fresh start in a warm, supportive school? We re currently working with a lovely primary in the CF3 area who are searching for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support their Reception class.

About the role:

  • Full-time position, Monday Friday

  • Supporting a busy Reception classroom with phonics, early numeracy, and learning through play

  • Helping to create a calm, nurturing and engaging environment for the children

  • Working closely with the class teacher and wider staff team

  • Opportunity to get involved with small-group interventions and creative activities

What we re looking for:

  • Previous experience in an Early Years or Reception setting

  • Someone patient, confident and able to adapt to the needs of young learners

  • A team player who can build strong relationships with staff, children and families

  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping little ones grow
