• Manage the programmes to ensure 100% compliance
• Being the main point of contact for the programmes and systems
• Improve and implement existing services to drive customer satisfaction
• Strategically ensuring the programme is reaching all regulatory regulations
• Developing remedial and servicing asbestos programmes for the residential properties

Key skills needed for an Asbestos Manager:

• Managed Asbestos programmes and lift equipment systems
• IOSH management
• P402
• Lift and Escalator Industry Association
