SEND Teacher - January 2026 Start

Location: Harrow, North West London

Salary: £37,870 - £56,154 per annum (Actual, dependent on experience)

Contract: Full time, Permanent

Start Date: January 2026

The Role

As an SEND Teacher, you'll plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual abilities and needs of your pupils. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes Teaching Assistants, Therapists, and other SEND professionals, ensuring that every child has the support and encouragement they need to reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver creative and inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners.

• Develop and implement individual learning plans and EHCP targets.

• Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

• Participate actively in whole-school initiatives and professional development.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Previous experience working with children with SEND (particularly ASD or MLD).

• Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.

• A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs.
