Commercial Property Solicitor - Career Progression Opportunities!

Are you looking for a new role in Commercial Property? If so, I have been instructed on a exciting opportunity with a firm based in Dartford looking to bring in a Solicitor to their Commercial Property team.

My client is a reputable firm in the market and deal with all areas of Commercial Property law. This position includes handling a caseload of mixed Commercial Property matters such as, freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, site acquisitions and development and secured lending. With this position you will also be dealing with some business sales & purchases and deal with a few residential property matters.

• Manage a caseload of mixed Commercial Property matters, including freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, site acquisitions and development, and secured lending.
• Deal with business sales and purchases and a number of residential property matters as part of the caseload.
• Work with minimal supervision, handling own matters and client communications.

• 1+ PQE (or equivalent)
• Ability to manage a own caseload unsupervised
• Desirable: experience in residential conveyancing
