As an Asset Surveyor, you will be:
  • Carrying out surveys on cavity walls for residential properties
  • Evaluating the condition of buildings and identifying areas for improvement
  • Advising on repairs, maintenance, and future investment needs
  • Managing survey data and presenting findings to relevant teams
  • Contributing to long-term property strategies

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
  • Solid experience in Surveying, Building Surveying, or a related field within the housing or construction sectors
  • Strong knowledge of building fabric, condition surveys, and maintenance assessments
  • Proficiency with survey tools and software (ideally experience with cavity wall surveys)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualifications in Building Surveying, Construction, or a related discipline (e.g., HNC, HND, Degree)
  • Industry experience in property or asset management, or a similar role within the housing sector
