Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the care team to provide safe, person-centred care.
- Monitor residents health, hygiene, and overall wellbeing.
- Assist the Registered Manager with day-to-day operations.
- Oversee clinical skills including PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, and wound management.
- Support induction and ongoing supervision of staff.
- Conduct care audits and maintain communication with families and healthcare professionals.
- Identify and report risks or safeguarding concerns.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies.

About You:
- Proven experience leading care assistants and Registered Nurses.
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin.
- QCF Level 3 Diploma or higher in Health and Social Care.
- Familiarity with CQC regulations and key lines of enquiry.
