Pay: £103-£110 per day
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
Contract: Long-term with potential to become permanent

We are delighted to be supporting a newly established special needs school in Spalding (PE11), catering for children and young people aged 2-19 with a wide range of learning difficulties, disabilities and SEMH needs.
Pupils are taught in small, nurturing groups, allowing them to build trust, regulate emotions and re-engage positively with learning. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting their confidence, development and independence across a varied, life-skills-focused curriculum.
Key ResponsibilitiesProviding 1:1 and small-group SEN/SEMH support
Assisting in the delivery of engaging, practical lessons
Promoting emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
Supporting life skills, independence and social development
Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and specialist support teams

Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
The school is easily accessible from Spalding, Pinchbeck, Holbeach, Crowland, Bourne, Surfleet, Gosberton, Donington and surrounding PE11 and PE10 areas.
