Job Description
The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload including:
- Drafting simple and complex Wills
- Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection matters
- Probate and estate administration
- Trusts and estate planning
- Inheritance Tax (IHT) advice
- Elderly client matters
The Successful Applicant
A successful Private Clients Solicitor should have:
- Qualified solicitor status with 1-3 PQE within private client law.
- Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, and probate processes.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- A proactive approach to solving legal challenges.
