We are recruiting on behalf of a growing residential childcare provider in the Midlands, looking for Residential Childcare Workers (Qualified Level 3+ & Unqualified) and Residential Team Leaders. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and make a real difference in the lives of children aged 617.

Salary:

• Unqualified: £31,654.90 (inclusive of sleep pay)
• Level 3+ Qualified: £34,302 (inclusive of sleep pay)
• Team Leaders: £36,358 (inclusive of sleep pay)

• Sleep pay during annual leave (£55 per sleep, set to rise)

Requirements:

• Passionate about residential childcare and improving childrens lives
• Experience in childrens residential care preferred but not essential for unqualified staff
