Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum dependent on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks per year

About the role
As Caretaker, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and security of the school premises and grounds. You'll ensure the site is clean, safe, secure, and well presented at all times, responding confidently to both planned tasks and unexpected challenges.

Bower Lodge School is a brand-new specialist day school in Dibden, Southampton, for boys and girls aged 4-11 with a diagnosis of autism and a range of complex learning, communication, and sensory needs.
Our new Options Primary School has capacity for 40 pupils and is dedicated to providing a nurturing, inclusive, and tailored learning environment where autistic young people can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
For over 19 years Options Autism have provided care and education to pupils, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties. We are a leading provider of education for neurodivergent young people and young adults. As part of Outcomes First Group, we are leading our sector in setting and delivering new approaches that provide measurable outcomes for those in our care.

You'll work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, giving you more time to do the things that make you happy. 4DWW is subject to successful completion of probation and is not a contractual benefit
