Job Title: Learner Support Assistant
Location: Care First - Pheasey, Great Barr, Birmingham, B43 7HL
Salary: £18,947.50 per annum ( not pro rata )
Hours: 27.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm
Contract: Permanent 52 weeks per year
Start: January 2026

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Learner Support Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team at Care First.
About the Role
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, behavioural support requirements, complex health conditions, physical disabilities and/or profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD).
As a Learner Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care and educational support that helps each individual achieve their potential. Working within our 'Skills Tank' provision, you will deliver meaningful, fun, and engaging learning activities that encourage independence, growth, and confidence.
