A leading regional law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their expanding team in Nottinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and client focused solicitor or legal executive to handle a diverse range of commercial property matters within a supportive and well established practice.

• Advising on landlord and tenant matters, leases, acquisitions and disposals.
• Acting on behalf of a broad client base, including commercial entities and charities.
• Assisting with property transactions arising from corporate reorganisations.
• Building strong client relationships and actively engaging in business development to support the continued growth of the department.

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in commercial property work.
• Solid technical knowledge across the full spectrum of commercial property transactions.
• Previous experience advising charities on property matters would be advantageous.
• A proactive and commercial approach, with a genuine interest in developing your career within a growing, client led team.
