Pay: £89-£100 per day
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only

A welcoming mainstream primary school in Oxford is looking for a caring and committed 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with moderate additional needs. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children thrive, feel confident, and engage positively in school life.

In this 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will:
Provide tailored support to a pupil with moderate SEN needs
Assist with classroom activities, learning tasks, and emotional regulation
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to follow support plans
Encourage independence, confidence, and positive engagement
Help create a calm and supportive learning environment

Experience working with children or within SEN is beneficial, but the school also welcomes applicants with the right attitude, willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for supporting young people.
