Location: Wigan
Salary: £47,906 base salary
£53,985 (including shift allowance) + Overtime
Hours: Monday-Friday, 3-Shift Rotation

Shift Pattern
Monday-Thursday: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am
Friday: 6am-12pm / 12pm-6pm / 6pm-12am
What you'll be doing
- Attending breakdowns and delivering effective reactive maintenance
- Carrying out planned maintenance (PM) and condition based monitoring (CBM)
- Analysing equipment performance and recommending improvements
- Managing spare parts and supporting operations teams
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' maintenance/engineering experience
- Time served apprenticeship or equivalent qualification (HNC in Electrical Engineering beneficial)
- Strong electrical skills: AC/DC systems, inverters, PLCs (Allen Bradley preferred)
- Excellent fault finding and problem solving ability
- A proactive, flexible engineer who thrives in fast paced manufacturing
