The Role: Key Responsibilities
- Handle a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, secured lending, and development projects
- Provide clear, commercially-focused legal advice to developers, investors, and businesses
- Support senior colleagues on complex transactions and projects
- Actively participate in business development and client relationship management
- Ensure compliance with relevant property law and regulations
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE in commercial property law (UK practice)
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial property transactions
- Proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
- Experience with secured lending and development work
- Interest in business development and mentoring junior staff
