Concrete Repair Supervisor - Birtley
Salary: £33,280 per annum
Location: Birtley
Type: Permanent, Full-time
My client, a well-established specialist contractor in the structural repair and maintenance sector, is seeking an experienced Concrete Repair Supervisor to join their growing team based in Birtley. This is a permanent opportunity offering a stable workload and the chance to work on a variety of infrastructure projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Supervising site teams delivering concrete repair works to the required standards
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and method statements
- Coordinating materials, labour, and on site activities
- Acting as the point of contact for site queries and liaising with clients and senior management
- Completing site reports and maintaining accurate records
- Previous experience in concrete repairs
- Valid CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong leadership skills with a hands on, proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
- Competitive salary of £33,280
