London & South Excellent Package + Progression to Associate/Director

CAP Resourcing is partnered with a leading multidisciplinary practice who are looking to appoint an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential and industrial projects throughout London and the South, with occasional work further afield.

The Role
Youll play a key part in delivering high-quality surveying services, taking ownership of a varied workload that includes:
Dilapidations
Party wall matters
Contract administration
Defects diagnosis
General building surveying
Project coordination (advantageous)

About You
Were looking for someone who is:
MRICS or FRICS qualified
Commercially astute with strong technical expertise
Experienced across core building surveying disciplines
Confident engaging with clients and managing projects end-to-end

This role offers genuine career progression, with a clear pathway to Associate Director/Director level for the right individual.
