Boeing is looking for a Senior Learning Business Partner / Program Manager who will have responsibility for working with subject matter experts and Learning & Development professionals to help develop learning strategies, execute Enterprise Learning programs as well as support senior stakeholders across Europe.
This role requires excellent communication, integration, collaboration, adaptability and project management skills. This individual will act as a consultant, advisor and project manager on leadership, learning, training and development across Europe and the broader Enterprise. They will need to support various global locations and modality integration, always tying back into business impact. Lastly, they are solution and deliverable driven while managing complex and high-touch business needs, with strong experience of engaging with C Suite leadership.
