The Role: Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion
- Handle sales, purchases, leases, remortgages, and transfer of equity matters
- Draft and review contracts, lease agreements, and legal documentation
- Liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents, and solicitors throughout transactions
- Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations
- Provide expert legal advice on complex conveyancing issues
- Maintain accurate case management and client records
- Meet completion deadlines and manage client expectations
- Support junior staff and trainees as needed
- Contribute to business development and client retention
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Qualified Solicitor with proven experience in conveyancing (UK practice)
- Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Excellent client care, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and commercial awareness
