The new Customer Service Advisor's role: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a fast-paced environment
- Resolve queries efficiently, aiming for a first-contact solution
- Maintain accurate records and document all interactions
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues quickly
- Liaise with engineers where necessary
- Stay up to date with products, policies, and regulations
