You will need to ensure that photos are taken of relevant attributes and stored appropriately on the server To carry out EPC surveys to ensure that we are able to meet our target of EPC Band C by 2030. You will have an understanding of what measures are likely to have a positive impact and be able to advise where necessary the Carbon and Operations Team following a site survey To carry out a dynamic Housing Health and Safety Rating System Assessments and to ensure any risks or issues that are identified are recorded and reported to the Repairs Team or Property Management Team Liaising with the Repairs Team and Neighbourhood Managers to report any repairs that are identified and required to ensure we always maintain our homes or communal areas to the highest standard.
