CMM Inspector
Salary: £14.00 per hour (with an increase after the first 3 months)
Contract: Permanent Hours: Day shifts (Other shifts may be available)

As a CMM Inspector, you will be responsible for the inspection of precision components supplied into the aerospace, automotive, and defence sectors. Reporting to the Process Leader, this role would suit a hardworking individual with a strong quality background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Key Duties:
- Perform CMM inspection of precision components
- Operate CMM equipment
- Manually measure parts using verniers, micrometres, gauges, callipers, etc.
- Document quality issues and report non-conformances
- Compile detailed inspection reports
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience as a CMM Inspector within a manufacturing environment (essential)
- Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings
- Proficiency with measuring equipment
- CMM programming experience (highly advantageous)
- IT proficiency (Microsoft Office)
- Knowledge of FAIRS
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
