The successful candidate will handle a variety of Commercial Property matters, advising a diverse portfolio of clients and developers while delivering outstanding client service.

1. The firm welcomes applications from Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience.
2. The role involves managing your own transactions while assisting the team with a property development caseload. You will be acting for a broad range of clients, including developers, occupiers, high-net-worth individuals, retailers, lenders, and borrowers.
3. You will handle a variety of matters including contracts subject to planning, sales and purchases, overage and option agreements, commercial lending, lease grants and assignments, and asset transactions.
