Job Description
Kinetic PLC are delighted to be assisting one of our clients in Barnsley with the recruitment of a Coating Technician to support their production team during a short-term surge in workload. this role is initially for a week but could be extended longer for the right candidate.
This role is ideal for someone with good dexterity and a keen eye for detail, looking to put their masking and coating skills to use in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Working Hours
Monday-Thursday: 7:30am - 3:30pm
Friday: 7:30am - 2:00pm
36 paid hours per week
Assignment & Pay
1-week assignment with immediate start
12.77 per hour
Key Duties
Carrying out masking and de-masking on PCB boards with consistent accuracy.
Applying coatings, finishes, and brush work to components with minimal supervision.
Interpreting coating instructions and drawings to complete tasks correctly and efficiently.
Completing all associated job records and documentation to the required standard.
Assisting the production team with other duties as needed, particularly during busy periods.
Maintaining product quality and working safely at all times.
