Housing Options Officer

Key Details:

• Provide housing advice and options in line with the Homelessness Reduction Act.
• Manage caseloads of homelessness applications and prevention duties.
• Work with partner agencies and landlords to secure housing solutions.
• Office based - 5x days a week on site

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Housing Options Officer (local authority or similar).
• Strong knowledge of homelessness legislation and housing law.
• Ability to manage complex cases and deliver positive outcomes for service users.
