Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor - Cannock
We're working with a firm that's looking for a licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor to join their busy residential property team. With multiple offices across the West Midlands and Staffordshire, this is a great opportunity to join a growing firm at an exciting time.
What you'll be doing
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including new build properties.
- Managing transfers of equity, assents, re mortgages, and first registrations.
- Advising on lease extensions and other non transactional property matters.
- Providing general land law advice to clients.
- Working closely with the team to keep cases running smoothly and efficiently.

What we're looking for
- A licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor with residential property experience.
- Solid knowledge of freehold and leasehold matters.
