Salary: £30,880 - £33,780 per year (plus benefits and bonus)

Hours: 09:00 - 17:00

VANRATH is thrilled to be partnering with a well-known and much-loved fashion retailer to recruit an experienced Store Manager for their brand-new outlet opening in The Abbey Centre, Newtownabbey.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and growing fashion chain and play a key role in driving the store's success.

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maximise store sales and profitability through effective commercial management.
• Motivate, coach, and support the team to achieve agreed targets and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Head Office and other Store Managers.
• Uphold and promote the company's brand image through full compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standards.

• Proven experience in a fashion retail management role.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for driving sales.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for fashion retail.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• A track record of excelling in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
