• Experience as a Solicitor in the UK with 3-8 years PQE
• Contractual disputes
• Professional Negligence claims
• Company disputes
• Insolvency
• Cross border disputes
• Partnership disputes
• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Possession claims
• Neighbour disputes
• Service charge recovery

Qualifications for this Dispute Resolution Associate Solicitor vacancy:

• Solicitor - admitted in England & Wales 3 - 8 years PQE
• Strong advocacy experience
• Good negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Business development experience
