Oxfordshire County Council is seeking an experienced Team Manager to join our Family Solutions Plus service in Bicester. This is a key leadership role managing a social care team to deliver high-quality assessments, timely interventions, and effective safeguarding for children and families.

Key Details:

• Location: Bicester Children & Family Centre, OX26 6DJ
• Hours: 37 per week Hybrid (2-3 days in office)
• Salary: 55,783 - 59,010 per annum (Grade 15)

What You'll Do:

• Manage and support a team delivering Oxfordshire's Family Safeguarding Plus model
• Ensure statutory duties are met and children's plans progress on time
• Provide strong leadership, supervision, and quality assurance
• Drive service improvement and partnership working across agencies

About You:

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
• Proven leadership experience in children's social care
• Strong communication, decision-making, and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and improving outcomes for children
