Developed over five years in collaboration with world-leading scientists and AI engineers, the WONE Method blends biometric data from wearables with validated psychological assessments to measure and improve stress resilience. Our coach delivers personalized micro-interventions tailored to individual needs, while continuously learning from workplace context and behavioral patterns to build a dynamic stress profile.

We're looking for a stellar Product Manager to help shape and grow the WONE app, our B2B2C platform that is redefining how we measure, understand, and reduce stress - before it becomes chronic and harmful. At the heart of our mission is the WONE Coach: an intelligent, empathetic, AI-native companion that uses real-time user data, behavioural science, and personalisation to guide people towards resilience and performance.

You'll be instrumental in bringing experiences to life that integrate seamlessly into people's daily lives - using contextual signals, physiological data, and expert content to deliver just-in-time interventions that reduce stress in the moment and change behaviour over the long term to drive measurable ROI and VOI for users and employers.

You'll own product discovery and delivery end-to-end: from deeply understanding user needs and business goals, to translating insights into impactful features, to ensuring those features are shipped efficiently and to a high standard. You'll leverage Double Diamond design processes to ensure we're solving the right problems in the right way - from discovery through to delivery. You'll also be expected to use AI tools and rapid prototyping techniques to 10x your impact, accelerating discovery, iteration, and testing.

You'll work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders, ensuring the right work is being done in the right way, at the right time. We believe in continuous discovery and continuous delivery - engaging with real user feedback and business metrics to shape product decisions that matter.

• Lead product discovery for new features and initiatives, grounded in WONE's mission and product vision.
• Apply the Double Diamond framework to structure problem exploration, idea generation, solution definition, and delivery.
• Manage the product backlog - ensuring it is prioritised, refined, and ready for development.
• Plan and run agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, stand-ups) to keep delivery on track.
• Leverage data and user research to guide decision making, continually iterating to improve the product.
• Use AI tools and prototyping platforms to speed up user research, ideation, and testing cycles.
• Define clear goals, success metrics, and delivery timelines for every initiative.
• Collaborate with engineering to break down epics into deliverable stories, removing blockers and enabling progress.
• Monitor progress against commitments, proactively managing risks and scope.
• Align stakeholders on priorities, trade-offs, and delivery timelines.
• Balance and prioritize feature development and new product initiatives based on strategic importance, user impact, and business value to ensure optimal team focus and roadmap sequencing, with input from leadership.
• Test and validate solutions post-release, ensuring they deliver the intended impact and learning.
• Drive a culture of shipping value early and often, iterating based on evidence.
  
  

• Highly skilled at owning feature delivery through to production, with an obsession for quality and impact.
• Data-driven and user obsessed, comfortable with testing, experimenting, and making evidence-based decisions - balancing speed with rigour.
• Experienced in using Double Diamond design processes to take products from problem discovery through to delivery.
• Adept at leveraging AI-powered tools (for research, prototyping, analytics, or workflow automation) to accelerate product cycles.
• Able to prioritise competing opportunities and clearly articulate the rationale behind trade-offs.
• Analytical and data-driven, able to evaluate multiple data sources to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of creating collaborative outcomes with agile engineering teams and leading cross-functional squads.
• Skilled at driving results in cross-functional environments, ideally within a North Star Framework or similar outcome-driven approach.
• Creative problem-solver who can think big but ship small, delivering incremental value while working towards a bold vision.
• Exceptional communicator and stakeholder manager, able to align diverse perspectives behind a shared goal.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven start-up environment.
  
  

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience in B2B SaaS and/or healthtech preferred.
• Proven track record of working with AI prototyping tools
• Experience with AI-native products
