We re partnering with a fast-growing, innovative company who are looking for a bilingual (German & English) Business Development & Internal Sales Representative to join their dynamic team.

You ll be the trusted voice for clients, leading strategic, high-level conversations and generating qualified leads. You ll:
  • Conduct sophisticated discussions around cloud, infrastructure, and tech solutions.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business strategy and position products effectively.
  • Consistently hit and exceed targets, driving campaign success.
What We re Looking For
  • Fluent in German & English (business level)
  • Proven track record in target-driven sales environments (lead generation, telemarketing)
  • Strong knowledge of tech and cloud-based products
  • Self-motivated, organised, and confident in managing your own pipeline
  • Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills

  • Have B2B outbound sales experience
  • Speak additional languages
  • Are a CRM and telephony system pro
