What will the Management Accountant role involve?

• Preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
• Business partnering with operational teams to provide insight and challenge performance.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Assisting with process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Contributing to cash flow forecasting and cost analysis.
• Supporting year-end statutory reporting and audit requirements.

Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy:

• CIMA / ACCA part-qualified or newly qualified.
• Experience in management accounting within a service-based or group business.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator, able to build relationships across departments.
• A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
