You ll be contacting UK businesses to create and qualify sales opportunities, building rapport, and booking high-quality appointments for the field sales team. With full training, clear progression, and a realistic OTE of £45,000 PA, this is the perfect step for ambitious, confident communicators.

Key Responsibilities as a Telesales Executive:

• Make outbound calls to business customers across the UK
• Identify potential sales opportunities and qualify leads
• Book appointments for the external sales team
• Understand customer needs and match them with the right solutions
• Maintain accurate records and manage your pipeline through the CRM
• Work towards and exceed daily and weekly activity and performance targets

Who we re looking for:

• Telesales or appointment setting experience is preferred, however as a minimum you will have transferable skills and a bubbly and outgoing personality
• Confident, professional telephone manner and great communication skills
• Motivated, target-driven and eager to learn
• Resilient, enthusiastic, and results-focused
• Comfortable using IT systems and CRMs
