Job Description: Team Leader EBD children s home
Accountable to: Operations Director (Nominated Individual), Senior Leadership Team
Hours of Employment: Full time 40 hours per week, plus on call duties as required to meet the needs of the organisation.
Salary: 14.75 an hour

Job Summary:
The Registered Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the supported living service, providing leadership and guidance to the staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting the well-being of the service users. This role plays a crucial part in creating a safe and nurturing environment that supports the personal growth and development of the service users in our service.
