Role & Responsibilities
Take technical and functional ownership of the Dynamics 365 CE platform, ensuring stability and scalability across the business.
Lead configuration, customisation, and Power Platform development to meet evolving business needs.
Oversee multi-entity CE rollouts, ensuring consistent processes and best-practice implementation.
Mentor and support CRM specialists, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on expertise in D365 CE configuration, customisation, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Proven experience delivering end-to-end D365 CE implementations, ideally in multi-site or multi-entity environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions.
Confident leadership skills with a collaborative and mentoring approach.
