Field Sales Representative (12 months fixed term-contract)
Location: Covering Chester & North Wales
Salary:£30,000 £32,000 + uncapped OTE

We re seeking for a Field Sales Representativeto cover Chester, The Wirral, Crewe, Stockport, Wrexham, and Oswestry. This is a field-focused role where you ll take ownership of your territory, drive growth, and strengthen partnerships with network partners and retailers. You ll have the autonomy to manage your patch, using a consultative approach to spot opportunities, protect market share, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities of Field Sales Representative

  • Achieve regional sales targets and KPIs through proactive business development.
  • Build and execute business plans with partners to boost performance and revenue.
  • Use CRM systems and data insights to maximise efficiency and conversion.
  • Negotiate strong commercial agreements to protect market position.
  • Manage pricing strategies and commercial decisions to optimise profitability.
  • Promote compliance and safety standards across your network.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline through territory planning, relationship building, and asset optimisation.

Requirement of Field Sales Representative

  • Proven B2B and B2C sales experience ideally in a field-based or account management role.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience creating and delivering strategic business plans.
  • Confident using CRM systems and analysing performance data.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and highly organised.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and numerical abilities.
