Bridge Recruitment are working alongside a Building Service company, in the search for a skilled Building Surveyor to join our growing, family-friendly team. You will be providing expert surveying services under the guidance of our Building and Planning Manager. From inspections and reports to liaising with clients and ensuring compliance, no two days will be the same.

Key Duties:
Conducting detailed building inspections and surveys
Managing project documentation and reports
Interpreting plans and ensuring compliance with building regulations
Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Identifying improvements and ensuring works meet quality and safety standards
What Youll Need
Degree (or equivalent) in Building Surveying
Solid maintenance surveying experience
Knowledge of CDM 2015 and Health & Safety regs
Strong communication and IT skills
Full UK driving licence
