• 35,000- 60,000 base salary, depending on experience and performance

Your Role:

• Manage and grow your own desk specialising in education recruitment
• Source, place, and support teachers and school staff across the region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and candidates
• Drive revenue, exceed targets, and lead by example within your team
• Collaborate closely with a motivated, high-performing team
• Act as a trusted advisor to schools, shaping recruitment strategies and delivering results
