We're looking for an exceptional Business Teacher to take on within a vibrant sixth form college in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious educator to shape, grow, and deliver high-quality Business teaching across both academic and vocational pathways.

• Teaching Business across levels 1-3 (academic and vocational routes)
• Leading curriculum planning, development, and review within the department
• Supporting colleagues to deliver engaging, student centred learning experiences
• Using creative and independent learning strategies to help every student thrive
• Maintaining high standards of assessment, progress tracking, and feedback
• Creating a learning environment that's positive, inclusive, and full of possibility

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree
• A track record of excellent teaching in Business or related subjects
• Experience working with post 16 learners (16-19 age range preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A commitment to innovation, equality, and student success

Located in a diverse and forward thinking borough, the college offers a rich mix of academic and vocational courses at Levels 1, 2 and 3. Students are encouraged to create tailored learning programmes that combine A Levels, BTECs, and resit GCSEs in English and Maths.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
